The workers aren't going to have anything like that, (un)fortunately, and will be quick to tell Jeff, "This place isn't like that. Mr. Down runs a tight train." He might be able to bum a cigarette off of one of the workers, but they're not in the trade for anything else. If he inquires further, he'll be told that there's regular drug-testing for the workers and it's a one-strike-and-you're-out sort of policy. Fenix Down is a buzzkill in some ways.
