Very belated question: if someone tried to keep themselves out of Dogtown by going to bed with restraints or supervision, how effective would that be? Would there be consequences?

Also: if they're unaffected while asleep, is it possible for them to sleepwalk deeper into Dogtown than they might get with the overnight mechanic? In other OOC words, would a sleepwalker be able to explore a square more than five squares away from the entrance without having to spend the night?
