On the non-trouble-making side of things: Neal is going to have a high priority on finding and getting the homeless population of Gloucester to safety as much as possible, since he's been their de facto random supplier of food and other goods since Kugrash disappeared. Would ADI be remotely receptive to taking in some of the homeless temporarily at their housing facilities?
