Introduction: Hey, I'm PG, 38 years old, from Toronto, Canada. I'm an administrative worker and full-time cat staff. I'm into video games (currently FFXIV, Resident Evil, and the Baldur's Gate early access, previous favourites have been Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Silent Hill) and tabletop RPGs, primarily D&D, WoD, and Pathfinder, but I've dabbled in a lot of systems, both as a player and as a GM. Current fandoms include Critical Role, the MCU, Netflix Castlevania, Shadow & Bone, the Locked Tomb series, and a dozen other things I've forgotten to mention. I will admit to not being canon-familiar with TMA, but this all looks incredibly fun. Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe Age: 31 or 36, depending on how you count. Does Character Have Powers/Cursed Items: Nope! Entity Affiliation(s): Currently none. Permissions: HERE Information: Yelena is a product of the same horrifying torture factory that produced Natasha Romanoff, meaning she's a highly skilled spy and assassin. She was freed from mind control, went on the run, joined up with Natasha to take down the person responsible for creating them, and then turned her attention to taking down the rest of the human trafficking ring involved, and figuring out how to have a life now that she's actually able to make her own decisions. Then genocidal aliens happened, she was dead for five years, and has joined up with some incredibly shady people, as you do. She's a complicated bundle of ruthlessness, abandonment issues, and skewed moral compass, with a hunger for new experience and enough socialization to come off as friendly and enthusiastic and like someone who probably isn't a stone cold killer. Plotting: I am up for anything! Yelena will be staying in the ADI residences and throwing herself into investigative missions for the time being - she does not trust ADI as far as she can throw the building, but she's also painfully aware of how precarious her position is, and figures going along while she gets her bearings and figures things out is the smartest call. Which could be interesting to discuss with people who are either more trusting, or less cooperative cynics? Visuals:

That said, feel free to add me for said pinging and plotting. I’ll pop in if that’s easiest for others! Introduction: I am a t-shirt artist for a screen printing shop by day, RPer by night. I’m a big gamer and I have a backlog of video games in which I’ll never finish — I like to stick my nose into all sorts of genres. Fandoms include Soulsborne, Final Fantasy, Marvel (mostly MCU these days; my comic days are old and ancient), Cyberpunk 2077 despite its trashfire status, and a variety of other things! Intermittently living in mobage hell. Availability: I’m CST and work M-F, so I’m a bit faster on the weekends. ➥ STEPHEN STRANGE

Canon: MCU Age: Early to mid forties. Does Character Have Powers/Cursed Items: Yes. Wheeze. He is a practitioner of eldritch magic, which at this point doesn’t mean much except for aesthetic; there is a lot of warm light, sparks, and circular glyphs. Honestly, Stephen’s magic is reflective of whatever is convenient for the plot, though he has been nerfed for the game. One of his trademark spells is portal creation with the help of a relic called a Sling Ring, which he does have on his person. (It’s cursed.) He also has his Cloak of Levitation which aids in flying, floating, and not falling to his death. (Also cursed.) A link to his overall abilities is here! Entity Affiliation(s): Extinction Permissions: HERE Information: Stephen was once a very successful neurosurgeon who made a career change into sorcery after seeking a way to heal his severely injured hands. Now he’s the Master and guardian of the New York Sanctum (read: magical townhouse-mansion), and protects their known reality/timeline/dimension/whatever from any number of things that might put it in danger. He’s intelligent, curious, stubborn, and probably perpetually Tired with a job like that. Though not nearly as prideful and arrogant as before, Stephen is still sometimes sarcastic and has little patience for those with no sense. Deep down, though, he really does care for the well-being of other people, as a proper doctor should. His canon point is post the events of Endgame. He’s also a bit of a music nerd, and doesn’t mind flaunting that knowledge now and again. Plotting: Stephen will 100 percent want to investigate every odd happening in this world, and will work hard to get to the bottom of any mystery presented to him. He’ll have no qualms working with ADI, though he’ll cautiously choose not to trust them completely. He’ll be staying at Bonnie’s for now, and I just want to focus on getting CR with him since he’s new. He would like to meet anyone else magically-inclined and/or has an eye for investigation. Can't wait to toss Jake at Stephen! If you've never seen the Librarians, Jake comes from a canon that's basically like Indiana Jones meets Harry Potter, he's a Librarian of a magical Library that sends them out to collect magical artifacts and keep them safe. He's got Opinions™ about magic and the terrible price it often costs, as it often corrupts people in his universe, but Jake does use it on rare (and not so rare lately) occasion if he absolutely has to. Jake would LOVE to hear about the Sanctum Sanctorum and all the artifacts he has, too.

Contact: canarycry or PM is good Can We Add You: Yes, go ahead Introduction: Marion, 28F, she/hers, originally from NYC but living in PA. Fandom interests at the moment are Disco Elysium, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Chainsaw Man, OMORI, and Star Wars (derogatory). I also spend way too much time watching video essays on youtube. Availability: I work from home, but generally try to be good and only tag once work ends at 5pm EST. Weekends I'm more present if I don't have anything going on like tabletop or living, but with the state of the world as it is I'm more indoors than out right now. Extra: n/a, just happy to be here.

➥ Harrier Du Bois (Harry)

Canon: Disco Elysium Age: 44 Does Character Have Powers/Cursed Items: Yes, sort of. Harry has some limited para-natural investigation skills that lets him communicate with the dead/inanimate objects/other world entities. He is not entirely aware of his capabilities however, and is definitely insane to some varying degree. Entity Affiliation(s): The Corruption Permissions: HERE (I strongly encourage people to check Permissions because there are a lot of triggering topics built into Harry as a character and that Disco Elysium engages in. I want to be mindful that not everyone may want to tag a character like Harry for the sensitive material that is inherent to his character, so feel free to opt-out by commenting to it.) Information: Harry is a police detective who drank so much he lost all his memories. He has come to remember basic things like his name, profession, the nature of reality, but is largely still a blank slate with little experience in the world outside the week or so the game takes place in. He is an addict, for love, pain, case solving, politics, and disco. A good man at heart but layered with a lot of self-destructive tendencies. But boy does he love to talk and learn about people, maybe too much. If he does something stupid, just remember: it's all part of The Method. Also part of my build for him is that he believes the apocalypse is not a possibility but an inevitability, so being with the ADI will only fuel that side of him. Think about every screaming person with a cardboard sign that reads THE END IS NEAR, and that's Harry. Plotting: Harry is going to want to start off learning about as much as he can cram into his head, so I expect a lot of threads can just start with him approaching other characters with questions. He's going to want to pry at most any chance he has, so feel free to tell him to shut up because he's a cop and he has learned that everyone hates cops! Introduction: hi, i'm kira! currently unemployed but working independently teaching english to korean kids through zoom, so my schedule is a little all over the place as far as "work" goes. i'm big on the gym scene 😔 so find me there five times a week getting rekt. other than those two things, i play videogames (mostly jrpgs) and spend too much time listening and watching horror podcasts/videos/movies before sleep. Canon: marvel cinematic universe Age: 29, or 34 depending if we're counting the blip. Does Character Have Powers/Cursed Items: yes! she's got her own powers and chaos magic. here is a list of said powers. additionally, she brought the darkhold with her, which is basically a grimoire, and that item is cursed; things will randomly catch on fire when read. Entity Affiliation(s): desolation Permissions: HERE Information: wanda is a character with a pretty broken background; not only did she lose her parents at a young age, but by the end of the avengers saga she lost her home, her twin brother, her lover, and her close friends. she is an individual who has been molded by her sadness—for better or for worse, though for worse if wandavision is anything to go by. she has, however, grown past her grief and is using it to be better, even if she is, still, in pain; at the very least she got some kind of closure. one of the themes that was always there for wanda was that people feared her or saw her as a monster. she has given herself a 'time out', so to speak, to learn how to control her powers so she won't hurt others with them anymore. Plotting: brand new, so i'm excited to try out anything! i am open to both positive and negative cr. wanda at the moment is going to be somewhat closed off as she is working towards not being 'the monster' people have to be afraid of, but she can warm up to others. i would love for wanda to have some gal pals! and people to talk about grief with, or magic pals in general. or really just do mundane things with her. also help, she's definitely walking around in pajamas until she gets a hold of new clothes. I started with Tabletop gaming and that's still a love of mine, as well as the occasional video game. Canon: Original Age: 39 Does Character Have Powers/Cursed Items: Yes! Jaeger is a very well-trained mage specializing in combat and control magic. This is...not going to go well for him. Entity Affiliation(s): The Hunt. Permissions: HERE Information: Jaeger is a refugee from a very powerful secret magical organization that practices all sorts of Bad Things, from dubious financial practices to murder and human sacrifice. He fled the organization after the violent death of his father made the true nature of the Foundation clear, and has dedicated his life to avoiding capture while hunting those devoted to dark magic. Jaeger is intelligent, thoughtful, and professional, though very badly scarred both mentally and physically from being tortured by his previous "family". He's trying to be a better person to atone for some of the things he did both as part of the Foundation and while hunting them, but he has good days and bad. Plotting: Right now Jaeger is focused on the idea of staying in one place and getting to know the people around him, and whether or not he can trust ADI given how badly he's been burned before. He realizes at this point he doesn't have much choice, but it will be a bit of a struggle for him, as well as learning to get by without relying on his magical abilities. The Hunt is pretty strong in him, with his connection to blood magic and his life on the run, and fighting that will be a challenge for him. Visuals:

Introduction: hello! i'm a transmasc 27 y/o tailor/costumer with a crazy cat named hal, after the guy from metal gear solid. my big fandoms are jojo's bizarre adventure, the adventure zone, metal gear solid (if it wasn't obvious), ace attorney, and pathologic; some things i don't participate in so much but love just the same are the legend of zelda and the thor and loki cinematic universe. uh... yeah. to be honest, i never imagined i would've picked an mcu character, ever. but here we are! (even though i'm rather behind on half the mcu, i'm 100% down to thread with mcu canonmates, and don't worry about spoiling me! if i get spoiled, i deserve it, lmao.) i'm also kind of getting into resident evil. if my name feels familiar, it's because i briefly played zoe baker from re7 over here. Availability: i'm GMT-8, aka chicago/st. louis/houston. i actually tag more on weekdays than weekends, but if you feel like boomeranging on a weekend, i might hop online all the same. expect me weekday evenings! ...and sometimes mornings! Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe Age: appears early-mid 30s, but he's actually like 1050ish. Does Character Have Powers/Cursed Items: Nothing in the way of cursed items, but he can conjure illusions. For game purposes, his illusions can only exist within a modest distance from himself. Entity Affiliation(s): The Spiral Permissions: HERE Information:(The vaguest of Loki tv series spoilers!) Once upon a time, Loki was a jealous, self-righteous asshole who thought he could cure the universe by ruling it. Then he learned how small and insignificant and powerless he is in the grand scheme of things, and that the very thing he planned to do to the universe was actually happening to him. Who woulda thunk it, he didn't like that! So now he cares about other people's autonomy, or whatever. But he's still very much a self-righteous asshole who thinks he's better than you. Plotting: At the moment, Loki is playing along with the ADI to scope out whether they're a Good Guy or a Bad Guy. And also because stopping the apocalypse (an apocalypse?) seems like a cause he can align himself with. He would do well to have allies who also have good intentions and healthy skepticism. Other CR that would be fun: friendly rivalries in a battle-of-wits sort of way; friendships that form over aesthetics, theatrics, alcohol, or a combination of the three; not-so-friendly rivalries with people who, understandably, can't trust him. Contact: pfle, PMs Can We Add You: Sure. Introduction: Hey all! Bunny, she/her, from the Chicago area. I'm into Your Turn to Die, When They Cry, Puella Magi madoka Magica, various horror game franchises, and other misc series. This is my second or third time playing from an ongoing series and I am ready to somehow get jossed lmao. I'm also in a few online TCGs, so half my plurks are about that or RP but I try to keep it relatively contained. Availability: Usually after 5-6 CST. I'm not around as much on weekends since I'm getting back to going out into the world. I Extra: No real preferences.

➥ Rio Ranger

Canon: Age: Does Character Have Powers/Cursed Items: Y Entity Affiliation(s): The Desolation Permissions: HERE Information: Ranger is "a doll without a heart." In short, he's an extremely advanced AI that lacks the capacity to feel positive emotions such as love and kindness. But rather being a nurture versus nature type of situation, he just did not have those emotions programmed into him; at the same time, he was given a massive inferiority complex and intense jealousy. So as a consequence, he's exactly what you'd expect from a person like that. He's kind of like an alien trying to wear a human's skin. He's very dramatic and exaggerated in his gestures, and he is often demeaning and rude and has a sadistic streak, but he's at least smart enough to figure out when to hold it and when to fold it. As an added bonus, he's met like a handful of people in his life and his "family" could be accurately described as "found family but they're all horrible people" so he's never actually been outside or interacted with anybody who wasn't either a weirdo or a participant in a crazy death game. He has a ton of data so he's not really naive, but it's the difference between knowing a fact and having lived experience. Also, he dresses lie a goddamn clown that rolled through about six different people's closest and came out as this abomination (mostly because he's wearing the clothes of like several different dead people.) Please somebody make him dress like a normal person. As a fun added bonus, he can't smile naturally/authentically so he's constantly carrying around expression cards to compensate for that. Later in canon he does get the remainder of his emotions back so I'd like him to put that misery later, but for now he'll just be ??? at everything and everyone lmao. Plotting: I think Ranger's like a lot of characters where he'll be cautiously allying himself with ADI (if only for a lack of anywhere else to go.) It's his first time really being a properly new setting, so I'm sure he'll be getting into everything before long. Open to both positive and negative CR - for the most part, he won't be openly antagonistic, but he's got enough wrong with him that he could easily rub people wrong. Visuals:
