Hey there, new roomie! I just got a ping saying that Takayuki will be moving in with Ade and Misty. For a bit of background, Ade is a former space marine infected by an alien symbiote that gives him powers of rapid healing and mutation, a heightened sense of smell, and fruity-smelling alien pheromones. He's actually a great roomie—he likes cooking and keeping things looking nice and tidy. Just lmk if you'd like to have any roommate interactions/introductions in the future! ^_^

oh, i'd love to do quick intros and settling in and stuff!! i don't think taka's had a roommate in... uh, i don't think he's ever had a roommate. HAHA.

he's pretty tidy as well so long as he's got the time to clean, and chances are he's gonna have a plant or two in his room that he cares for religiously. hopefully nobody's too averse to cats in the impending future where he might... have stray cats sitting at the windowsill or something... he attracts those things pretty expertly 😬

they can share cooking duties too 👍

Oh my God, I think cursed photo fun times would be epic. Given the new event coming up, if you ever want some photo-y-related shenanigans there... off the top of my head I'm imagining the thing living under the bridge or some doll cataloguing?? But we can always save it for another time too :D

YES. I'll have to give Peter's curse a proper read before bombarding with potential serious plots but I'm HYPE.

Also, actually, if that was Spidey's justification, he'd be... cool with it. And in the end he'd be more critical about him having to include evidence with the Goons he captures that can be admitted in court because then he just fought them for nothing. And the thought of Taka coming to this conclusion as he hits a guy with a bicycle is somehow the dumbest thing I've ever imagined today 😭😭😭

Hello, new roomie! I apologize for Katrina, a mermaid and former alpha who still believes it's her responsibility to protect weak tribemates and is still a bit distrustful of new people. She considers Bruno one of hers, so she might be uh around the common area when Methos is, especially if Bruno is there.

At least she's not openly hostile anymore??? :'D hmu on plurk or discord if you want to plot or chat about things!

Hey, new roomie! I'm not canon familiar beyond what was in Caitlyn's app, but I'm excited. Donna's pretty sure Caitlyn can't be worse than her other two roomies, so if she seems sane... MAYBE new friend?

HELLO WELCOME my name is Iddy and Callisto here is going to be one of Caitlyn's roommates! The good news is that she could not care less about chores, so if Caitlyn wants to leaves dirty clothes and dishes around she'll hear no complaints from this end. The bad news is that Callisto is a violent ancient Greek warlord who manifests her grief/trauma via neverending fury. She is truly the worst roommate, even though she's not around much.

(Also - my other character, Misty Quigley/citizendetective, truly lives up to her username and would be delighted to get in on the conspiracy board action.)

Welcome! My name is Iddy, and Misty here will automatically be interested in him because, uh, her username isn't what it is for nothing. She's decently clean and quiet and not necessarily the worst person to room with, but she's very pushy and very grating and she comes prepackaged with a permissions post for all her bullshit.

And omg I adore Misty. I'm too wimpy for horror so I only watched a bit of Yellowjackets, but she was a stand-out. She and Caitlyn should absolutely be conspiracy buddies (though Caitlyn will probably be very quickly put off by some of Misty's more questionable methods)

I'm afraid I'm canonblind for TOH so I don't know Eda, but I think it'd be fun to have Caitlyn meet a full-in magic user, and I'm totally game for throwing her at folks who aren't fond of cop types! Let's absolutely toss them together and see what happens!

HELLO! taka is actually used to meeting fans of detective stories and mystery/true crime stuff and them just... kind of projecting that on him... so i think it'll be fun. HAHAH.

i dropped a comment on your permissions post! i think it'll be fun having them live in each other's space for the unforeseeable future, and i'd love to do casual roommate stuff one of these days if you're down as well just to get a feel for it! c:

Is Nick not good with tech? LMAO....... I've decided to put Taka in Facilities with some Security stuff because he's a jack of all trades kinda guy that does a bunch of rando shit for people back home anyway. His detective agency is more an anything agency really...

He's good with tech. He also IS tech, which is why he assumes he was assigned there. Granted, Nick's familiarity is with weird 200-year-old mostly broken retrofuture tech rather than anything modern, which is another reason he thinks they should've just assigned him to Investigations. Detective by trade and all.
