Information: A driven and practical doctor with a hidden background in an endless death game, who's very accustomed to patching up the reckless and unfortunate from all the woes this incurs as well as herself. Friendly, more inclined to nurture, and highly secretive when it comes to herself, Emily's content to be a support unit for the real heroes in a group, though not above throwing herself in the fray if needed. Sometimes one needs to take a big risk to incur a decent reward, after all, and Emily's not above ridiculousness. While she's fully a baseline human, she has a ready acceptance to the supernatural and the odd and throws herself into her work a little more than one should to be fully healthy.
ADI Thoughts: Being very, very new to all of this, Emily's acceptance of ADI comes from the practical standpoint of being provided resources and a space in which to help people. She doesn't have a particular reason to think that they don't want to save the world since they're still living in it, and takes an alliance since pretending that it won't happen simply sounds foolish to her.
CR Wanted: Open to positive and negative CR alike, from all angles! However, some wished for specifics below: -those who need medical care, that's a given when it comes to her -related to the above, those who potentially may need her to truly heal them and use her cursed item to do so, thereby forcing some honesty. -ADI housing neighbors - while she currently lives alone, those who she'd see in passing will almost always get a "hello" of acknowledgement and she'll make an effort to learn names! -book nerds! come join her in marveling over libraries or a bookstore and the sheer variety of modern fiction! -anyone else starting to grow houseplants? -those who might need someone to check in and make sure they're keeping themselves halfway alive in the process. -friends in general - Emily's an open sort of person, and a very good listener, so she'll be a happy counterpart to all sorts of energy levels. -potentially those that might open her eyes to one or two of the Entities, I do not shy away from horror. -negative CR wise, she can be quite proud and has little patience if she feels like someone is talking down to her or trying to overtly trick her into something. she also doesn't tolerate edgelords very well.
CR Not Wanted: Not interested in straightforward parental dynamics without a good amount of IC work attached. Extra: Despite the icons, Emily's adapted quite quickly to modern fashion, though she stays on the conservative side and never doesn't have her hair back in a braided bun. Also, I'm always willing to plot or help manifest something that I can assist with - shoot me a message whenever!
Funnily enough, Jeff has JUST started trying to grow houseplants (he has a sunflower he's desperately trying not to kill), so that could be a cr hook for them! He's totally ignorant about proper plant care, but he's trying his best. Since he's hanging around the ADI offices for now, Emily might find him talking to some office plants (because you're supposed to talk to plants, right??), or idk "liberating" a plant from a gardening store.
(I'm also a sucker for forced honesty, and would happily grievously injure Jeff to make it happen. AND he's also available for Entity eye-opening!)
Truthfully "liberating" a plant makes me laugh out loud, especially since Emily's liable to cover for him before she realizes what is up (and then continuing to shield him anyway). That said, I'm also here for the forced honesty as well! Most likely I can see Emily reflexively helping if Jeff's horribly injured and they're not close enough to ADI property, so it makes more sense than trying to run the risk of him getting worse.
Let's go with plant liberation then! I can fling Jeff at Emily's intro log with a starter for it, or we can wait until the event and see if there are any opportunities there. (I'm sure there will be plenty of opportunities for Jeff to get injured down the line and necessitate some healing + truth telling.)

And for additional fun, what I imagine her voice to be like.
