Okay so Jeff doesn't know him YET, but if you need somebody to care or react to Steven passing out from exhaustion, he totally would. He's no stranger to... passing out in weird circumstances or less-than-idea places, so he'd be sympathetic and try to help out. It could be a way for them to meet!
