Malcolm has been looking into this avatar stuff with a definite intention of warning Jeff away if he can.

AW MALCOLM. You're a good pal. Fair warning though if Malcolm comes across any useful Avatar information that Jeff can use for the purpose of getting CLOSER to his patron entity, he........... just might.

But I'm definitely not 100% dead set on Jeff becoming an avatar without giving his cr a chance to steer him away! So Malcolm could actually reach him

I’m also okay with Malcolm failing to stop him and having to help him claw back bc when he asked Nia what to do if someone became one, she was like ‘kill them’ and he was like …no thank u. So he will try to help him without killing him, if you do take him there and want help getting him back.

I ABSOLUTELY DO. That's basically the long term arc I have in mind if he becomes an Avatar. I really want to explore the disconnect from humanity and then the struggle to regain it etc etcccc so I'd love for their cr to go down that path if Jeff becomes twisty
