OOC Intro #1
Welcome to Apocalypse How!
You've made it to Gloucester, and you're probably in one piece! Mostly... This is our OOC Intro post, a place for new players to introduce themselves, get to know one another's characters and find see who and what and when might click.
This month, the mod-run event will be posted on July 21st. Be sure to check the Calendar to see what else we have going on!

Introduction: 26 years old, from Germany, studying for a Master's Degree in linguistics and literature! I have two cats since late last year and I talk about them a lot. My main fandom currently is Gundam of all varieties, I'm in the process of watching through every entry in the series. My plurk is mostly RP chatter!
Availability: I'm in GMT+1 but I am largely nocturnal, so you'll probably catch me in the EST afternoon and early evening! I prefer brackets to prose, but I can do either.
Age: physically and cognitively appears mid-30s, chronologically 3.
Does Character Have Powers/Cursed Items: Yes, he's a Cyber Newtype - a space empath/psychic, basically.

Information: An artificially created human who views himself as a vessel for the will of humanity (or at least the part of humanity that has migrated into space in his time). 'Full Frontal', however awkward the name, means someone who has nothing to hide and who only plays the role asked of him without deceit or deeper personal feelings.
Unfortunately, being an entity capable of self-reflection means personal feelings are going to develop either way. Frontal is a person who very much does not want to be one and he'll be a fish out of water in the game, outside of the tasks he was created for. He's a void, pretty literally, and he does not know what the fuck to do with a world that isn't his own. Send help.
Aside from all that heavy identity drama, he's also a space terrorist. That's a thing. His interests are flying very fast in giant machines, mechanical engineering, and roses.
The anime style does not get it across, but he looks pretty uncanny valley and is described as 'artificial' in appearance, like a doll or maybe just somebody who has had way too many plastic surgeries.
Plotting: I don't have any real plans yet, which on the flipside means I am down for absolutely anything! I love positive and negative CR both!! Some ideas for CR types I'd like: fellow not-quite-humans, fellow sci-fi people, people who won't let off trying to get personal with somebody even if that somebody does not seem receptive... but truly, anything goes here!
