Contact: jaderhade Can We Add You: yes please! Introduction: Hi, I'm Jade! I currently work retail, but I'm looking for work teaching English as a second language. I also stream on twitch four times a week, usually Persona, Dragon Age, or Sims 4... I jsut love video games laughs. I'm really looking forward to this game!! I just finished listening to TMA like a month ago so I'm riding the high of that experience. Availability: I'm EST (currently GMT -4) and I tend to tag in the afternoons; I work very early mornings (around 4am-noon most days), so I can usually get tags in after work if it's not a day I'm streaming! I try to get one tag in a day at least, more if it's especially relevant to plot or character development. 👍 Extra: I'd be fine keeping mine! Please let me know if there's anything you want handwaved from those threads too! ➥ Goro Akechi Canon: Persona 5 Royal Age: 18 Does Character Have Powers/Cursed Items: yes Entity Affiliation(s): The Hunt Permissions: HERE Information: Akechi is a (former) teenage celebrity detective heralded as the "Second Coming of the Detective Prince." He's very cynical and jaded with society as a whole based on his childhood experiences of being passed around foster care, and tends to default to faking a smile or a pleasant laugh instead of being genuine. He prefers to act efficiently and get to the point as fast as he can whenever possible, and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty if he needs to. Plotting: Honestly, I'd love for Akechi to have people he trust! It's difficult for him to trust people, but I'd love to see if that's something he can grow to do! He can also act as a mentor, but he's more on the direct side if he thinks it's something important that he's teaching (fighting, surviving, etc.), and he tends to drop his Prince mask when doing so. I also have him for random ADI housing if anyone wants to claim him as a roommate!! He's very neat and clean and will make sure to keep his many beauty toiletries to his own bathroom. Visuals:

Oh man, jaded smile-faking people? I kinda want Akechi and Meredith to, like...mask at each other before one of them calls the other out and it lapses into something closer to honest.

God I would love that, fake people calling each other out on their bullshit is so very good... who else can they be their more honest selves around if not someone who has the exact same defense mechanism??

honestly yes, akechi just like "well what's MORE dirt on our hands if the others are going to be squeamish about it"

Not sure how CR between these two will go, but it seems like Keith and Akechi have a little in common, seeing as Keith was also punted around a few foster homes before ending up in a group home. He's similarly kind of closed for that reason, though I think Akechi does a better job of faking nice, haha.

I'm unfortunately canonblind, but I would love to see how CR between them goes! Slowly learning their own similarities to each other is always great, and I'd love to see if Akechi could start dropping the pleasant mask a little around Keith if he learns that!
