My plurk is primarily for RP communication and memes but I also post lots of animal pics and cooking/baking endeavors. And sometimes I host watch parties or stream games. Availability: EST/-5, I tag intermittently throughout the day but pretty consistently in the evenings. I backtag forever but also love boomeranging if we're both available. Extra: I'd love to keep TDM interactions! ➥ Marcus Keane Canon: The Exorcist (tv) Age: 55 or so Does Character Have Powers/Cursed Items: Y - during moments of need Marcus can channel God to bring people back from the brink of death/bless an entire lake's worth of water/receive a divine vision. Entity Affiliation(s): the Lonely Permissions: HERE Information: Marcus is an excommunicated priest (though the Church is full of integrated demons so take that as you will) and an accomplished exorcist. He's a compassionate and faithful man but he does not play by the rules or, in general, behave much like a priest at all. He doodles in his bible, he picks locks, he carries a gun, he gets right up in your face and challenges everything you believe in. Although he loves people more than anything he's also rather jaded, as he's had a terrible life full of hardship and has seen true evil in humans and demons alike. Still, he'll do anything he can to help someone, especially children. He's stubborn and abrasive and relentless, and also an artist! Plotting: I've heard from the mods that there are many religious characters in the game and would love to interact with them to compare faiths! Otherwise I'm down for absolutely any and all CR. Marcus is going to be largely distrustful of the ADI so like minded folks are welcome. And so are hijinks! Marcus is actually an excellent partner in crime, if you can convince him that your crime is worthwhile. Visuals:

I need this CR. Excommunicated priest with a novice cleric who's flailing desperately toward some kind of faith in something? Pls help? Mercy is also a fairly trusting soul, so I can see her and Marcus maybe clashing a bit about ADI and its intentions.

he might be excommunicated but he's quite faithful still, they can have Talks about it. and about ADI....... marcus has issues with organizations in general lol.

Something else from his history, in particular, that I think would be a good point of connection if they ever manage to get to talking about it is the fact that people in the upper echelons of a religious authority Mercy generally trusted turned out to be self-serving, lying assholes. So, like... she knows it happens. But what are the odds of that happening often, really?

I'm delighted. I think at the very least they'll both be living at Bonnie's, so plenty of excuses to run into each other.

Gojou's not religious but he took down a religious organization (and considered killing all of them to boot), so he'd probably be tickled pink about the fact Marcus doesn't play by the rules. In general he's just not impressed by this sort of organization.
